Fine renovation dust can settle inside cabinets, wardrobes, drawers, window tracks and other hard-to-reach spaces. How much does post-renovation cleaning cost in Singapore?
Homesy prices by floor area rather than room type. Homesy Essential starts at S$349 up to 500 sqft and rises through the size bands to S$769 for 1,601–2,000 sqft. Homesy Complete starts at S$469 and runs to S$999 for the same upper band. Homes above 2,000 sqft and landed homes are quoted individually. Final pricing is confirmed after we review your home size, renovation scope and condition.
What is the difference between Essential and Complete?
Essential is a comprehensive post-renovation clean: fine dust removal, vacuuming and appropriate floor cleaning, kitchen, bathrooms, carpentry, internal windows, a quality check and a walkthrough. Complete includes everything in Essential plus a professional machine floor deep clean, enhanced carpentry detailing, an extra detail pass, light renovation residue treatment and extended cleaning time.
Do you remove cement haze and tile grout residue?
Essential gives normal cleaning attention to light, accessible renovation residue where it is safe and appropriate for the surface. Complete adds extra attention to light residue. Heavier cement haze, grout residue, paint splatter or adhesive is covered by our Heavy Renovation Residue Treatment, a separately priced add-on with fixed rates by home size — renovation photos are required beforehand to confirm the affected surfaces are suitable for treatment.
Do you clean the interior of built-in carpentry?
Yes. Wardrobe shelves, accessible wardrobe and cabinet interiors, drawers, drawer interiors and accessible tracks are all included, with additional detailing available in Homesy Complete.
Is Formaldehyde & VOC Treatment available?
Yes, as an optional finishing service after your clean. It is available with either package and is commonly chosen by homes with extensive new cabinetry and built-in carpentry.
